During the coaching call(s), you can ask me ANYTHING and I will give you the answers you need. Learn how to wholesale with little money and no credit, and flip houses using 100% OPM (other people's money). I can teach you how to find motivated sellers and buyers (wholesaling), how to get started flipping houses, and how to fund your deals. I can also guide you on how to set up your business properly to begin building business credit, as well as how to fix your personal credit.

My areas of expertise are wholesaling, fix and flip investing, private and hard money lending, as well as personal and business credit. I also have extensive knowledge of the BRRRR method (Buy-Rehab-Rent-Refinance-Repeat) and house hacking. Unlike other “gurus” that are teaching these topics, I am actively investing and doing the work to close deals. Expertise only comes from experience!
